Rare and very desirable kit. The prototype was located in the town of Ophir, Colorado, just a few yards from the Rio Grande Southern's Depot. Features all laser-cut hardwood parts, perfectly cut to size window glazing, other pre-cut wood stock as required, cast metal details and a plaster casting of the foundation that is true to the prototype. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes instructions.
