Very highly detailed kit with parts in very heavy 1/16" thick pressboard with printed cut-out patterns, wood stock, clear windows with beautifully printed mullions, excellent brick siding and roofing material, plastic railings, decals, full instructions and excellent plans. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the sealed bags. The parts that were not factory sealed have been inventoried complete including instructions and plans.
