Hubley 1/22 1930 Packard Dietrich Convertible Victoria, 4863-600 plastic model kit

1/22 4863-600 Hubley 1930 Packard Dietrich Convertible Victoria

Metal Model Kit,   Box Condition: Good

In the 1930s Packard was the style leader in America and a beautiful, fast status symbol. Packards were not the most expensive but they were the most desired. The 1930s Packards are now regarded as the peak of the marque. This is one of Hubley's very popular and collectible classic car kits from the 1960s/early '70s. It builds to a very realistic model since the largest metal parts on the real car are metal on the kit also. Features very good detail inside and out, 140 pieces, cast-metal body, chassis, hood, engine & other parts, injection molded details, clear parts, a large tree of chrome plated parts, a full rolling chassis build just like the actual car with very good suspension, steering and exhaust detail, highly detailed engine with flexible radiators hoses, opening hood, working steering through real worm-gears, full interior detail, very clear thin windshield, special interior side panels and more. Never started. All the parts that were factory sealed at Hubley are still factory sealed. The few parts that were never sealed (the large metal ones) have been inventoried complete with instructions.
