Pocher 1/8 Fiat 130 HP Grand Prix de France 1907, K70 plastic model kit

1/8 K70 Pocher Fiat 130 HP Grand Prix de France 1907

Multimedia Model Kit,   Box Condition: Good+

Pocher made the finest automobile models ever created. The detail and working parts on these long out-of-production, big 1/8 scale kits is amazing. This kit is a perfect reproduction of the original car that won 1st place at the 1907 Grand Prix de France with an average of 113.612 KPH with Felice Nazzaro as the pilot. The prototype of this car was used with the original drawings to create this model. It has 823 parts of plastic, brass, steel, leather, iron, rubber, copper, aluminum and other materials. Features include super detailed engine, opening hood, complete interior, all pilot controls, operating steering, working suspension, operating steel drive chains and more. NOTE: this kit has very minor, neat assembly. The follow sub assemblies are built to the quality listed in the parenthesis: block, oil pan and drain plug (3 parts, 'professional' quality assembly), magneto assembly ('professional'), radiator (4 parts, 'professional'), handle to engine crank (2 parts, 'professional'), radiator cap to radiator band (2 parts, 'professional') and the "F2" decal is applied to the radiator front ('professional'). There is no other assembly. Most parts are still in the factory sealed bags, but about 10 bags were opened and four more had the typical age splits; I inventoried those bags and they are complete with all parts. Includes decals and instructions. Recommended for experienced models only. Shipping insurance (and Express Mail for international customers) is required.
