1/48 PA54-149 Monogram Douglas SBD Dauntless Dive Bomber - Four Star Issue

First issue hardbox is dated 1959. This is a long-time favorite in the Monogram 1/48 WWII aircraft line because of superb fit and finish, the gloss dark blue and black plastic, the realistic appearance and all those wonderful "ACTION!" features. Includes operating dive brakes, trigger released center bomb, retracting/extending landing gear, removable rear canopy, rear machine gun that elevates and rotates, pilot and gunner figure and also includes figures of the LSO (landing signal officer) & armorer, 4 bombs, bomb cart, and LSO wind screen. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.
