Very highly detailed and completely laser cut from wood. Includes simulated black tar paper for the proper roof areas. The kit has never been started. NOTE: missing one shutter. One window frame needs a slight repair which is easily done from the extra material. Otherwise inventoried with all other parts present and in 'excellent' condition with instructions.
