Great kit from 1977 has motorized moving light up signs in four colors. You can use the signs with the kit or material is included to make your own moving signs! Includes all needed parts except batteries and features pre-wired electrical harness, motor, light bulbs, sign material, etc. The batteries are inside the blimp, so it can be displayed and operated while hanging or placed on a display stand. The kit has never been started. The small metal and electronic parts are still in the sealed bags. The injection molded plastic parts are not factory sealed and have been inventoried complete including decals and instructions.
