Unknown Brass Factory-Built Snow Plow

This is a factory assembled brass snow plow with metal sprung trucks. The assembly workmanship is professional, and it was screwed and soldered together. There is no damage. The 'wings' move nicely and are spring-loaded. However, someone has painted it black. It is not heavily painted and is neatly done; you could easily strip it with a safe stripper or paint over it. The box has no markings at all.
