1979 issue created as a tie-in with the popular Universal and Columbia Pictures movie '1941.' Features detailed Allison engine, highly detailed cockpit, retractable landing gear, movable wheels and prop, movable control surfaces, belly tank and pilot figure. The kit has never been started. NOTE: inventoried and MISSING one main gear strut and one exhaust stack. All other parts, decals and instructions are present. NOTE: decals are flat but have heavy water damage.
