1/48 PA54-149 Monogram Douglas SBD Dauntless Dive Bomber - Four Star Issue

First issue. Hardbox is dated 1959. This is a long-time favorite in the Monogram 1/48 WWII aircraft line because the fit and finish is excellent, it is molded in a dark sea blue, black and clear, has a realistic appearance and has great action features. Includes operating dive brakes, trigger released center bomb, retracting/extending landing gear, removable rear canopy, rear machine gun that elevates and rotates, pilot and gunner figure and also includes figures of the LSO (landing signal officer), armorer, 4 bombs, bomb cart, and LSO wind screen. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.
