Rare. Multi-media kit from the late 1940s/Early 1950s. Includes hardwood pre-cut parts, acetate wheels, suspension, hubs, hoops and axles and real fabric for the top. Very nice and realistic scale model with rear fold-down table with legs and support, front seat and arm rests, shelves, water cask, supplies box and full and detailed suspension down to the brake shoes. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions. Little is known of the Frontier Manufacturing Company other than the address of Hollywood, California and their line of high quality, early multi-media kits. Kits from this range include the Ox Cart, Buck Board, Covered Wagon, Stage Coach, Ranch Wagon, Chuck Wagon, Surrey With The Fringe On Top, Ore Wagon, Beer Wagon and Top Buggy.
