1/72 03002 Airfix Bristol Type 192 Belvedere
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Sealed Exc++
Still factory 'round tape' sealed. The 192 first flew in 1958 and was the first helicopter in the world with true twin-engine safety, meaning that it could fly home and land safely at any gross weight. The kit features moving rotors, cockpit, clear windows and optional position doors. Decals are included for XG448 which was used for development trials in late 1959 and XG454 at the Belvedere Training Unit RAF Odiham in October of 1960.
