Very high quality model. The master was researched in depth and built to museum standards. In making the molds, the silicone was de-aired in a vacuum chamber; then the resin was pressure cast. This method makes for virtually air-bubble-free parts with flawless detail. Scale fidelity and historical accuracy are top-rate throughout. Requires assembly and painting - photo shows assembled and painted model. Includes museum quality resin castings, metal castings and photoetched brass parts. Can be built waterline or full hull. Includes very good pictorial and text instructions. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes instructions.
