Second release dated 1956 with 'PB' instead of 'P' part number. Very nicely detailed, realistic miniature of a large auxiliary cruising sloop. Measures 12 inches long and 17.5 inches high (without stand) when assembled. Features sails decorated with lines that represent sewn seams, deck cabin and all deck fittings, full rigging instructions and diagrams, crew of three and anchor display stand. Includes flexible sails; later versions had vacuformed sales. The instructions state that you can sail this model if you add sufficient weight to the keel. Molded in light blue and dark wood tan. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts and instructions present. NOTE: box would grade higher but it has faint staining on the upper right and adjacent long side.
