Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: VG+
Nicely molded kit with spoke wheels, rubber tires, steerable front wheels, blue-tinted clear front, rear and side windows, interior detail, opening rear hatch and dummy engine that mounts on top of the spring-wound motor. Molded in dark red (body), black (underside pan and interior), chrome (dummy engine, steering wheel, interior details, rims and more), clear and with rubber tires and all metal gearbox, spring motor, axles and winding key. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. Paramount was based in Canada and sold kits from the mid 1960s to the early 1970s when they shut down. Most if not all of the kits were from older Otaki, Sanwa, Nichimo or Marusan molds although some remain unidentified. Many kits are labeled 'Made in Japan - Packaged in USA - Lithoed in Canada'. Kits for sale in Canada has three digit part numbers, and those destined for the USA had four digit numbers. The USA address was Paramount Hobbies Inc, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
