1989 issue. This version is the modified Sara after her SLE (Service Life Extension) that started in October of 1980 at Philadelphia. Nicely detailed full hull kit that measures over 22 inches long when assembled. Features updated island structure, Sea Sparrow launchers, three Phalanx close in weapon systems and airwing of F-14, A-6, EA-6B, F/A-18 and S-3 Aircraft and SH-3 Seaking helicopters. The large decal sheet includes extensive deck markings and aircraft decals. The kit has never been started. Internal factory sealed bag including decals and instructions.
