Renwal 1/25 1966 Packard Modern Classic - Revival, 104-198 plastic model kit

1/25 104-198 Renwal 1966 Packard Modern Classic - Revival

Plastic Model Kit,   Box Condition: VG+

The idea behind Renwal's Revival Series came from the Detroit design team of Virgil M. Exner Sr. (the famous Chrysler designer) and his son, Virgil Jr. The famous design team, somewhat displeased with modern automobiles, started thinking about what the old time classics would look like today - Packard, Mercer, Duesenberg, Stutz, etc. Virgil Sr. and Jr. thus designed four modern classics and they were published in a national magazine - Renwal then began kit production of these four. The kit features a complete V-12 engine, some engine compartment detail, removable hood and a complete interior. Molded in green, chrome and clear and with real rubber whitewall tires. The kit has never been started. NOTE: missing one engine support. The other one is present, and could be used to cut a pattern from flat, thick plastic stock. Inventoried with all other parts and instructions.
