Dated 1961. Unique HO scale building supply kit that can build any number of enclosed residential house designs or whatever the builder can dream up. Includes enough material to build over 2,590 scale square feet, realistic exterior finishes, dozens of window and doors, siding and roof construction material, plans, roof pitch gauge, etc. Houses are built of balsa supports and printed cardstock so no painting is needed. Never used, and includes all material, plans, full instructions and pitch gauge.
