Not a collector kit but an ideal builder kit. The model has minor paint to the anti-glare shield, one engine block, throttle quadrant and exhaust stacks. There is no other paint and no assembly. The model is complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The box is only fair with heavy damage to the end panels.
