Strombecker was famous for it's pre-cut and shaped wooden aircraft, ship and train kits. While other manufacturers issued simple blocks of wood with plans, Strombecker took the chance of increased price and finished the wooden parts to shape or very close to it. This caboose is unmarked and is a wood and colored cardstock model. This kit has never been started. It is either still in the internally sealed factory bag or has been inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions.
