Sensational action model dated 1960. The box is in exceptional condition with like new gloss and color. Unique large scale kit includes many operational features. Landing gear and flaps retract and extend when canopy is opened and closed. Removable detailed engine and movable control surfaces. Weapons bay opens to show AIM-4 Falcon missiles. Long after this kit stopped being a big seller in the USA, it found favor in Japan, where at least two issues were made in the 1960s and early 1970s. Never started. 100% inventoried complete with all parts/decals and instructions present.
