Airfix 1/72 Ilyushin IL-28 Beagle - China - Poland - Czech Air Forces, 490 plastic model kit

1/72 490 Airfix Ilyushin IL-28 Beagle - China - Poland - Czech Air Forces

Plastic Model Kit,   Box Condition: Good+

Type three logo issue with decals for all three air forces. The Beagle was the USSR's first jet bomber, first flying in 1946. As the primary Soviet light bomber, it was used by 15 nations and was built until 1960. An unarmed version of the Il-28 was used to deliver matrices of the principal Soviet newspapers from Moscow to the East for republication there, as well as other high priority mail. Very nicely detailed kit with no rivets, just fine raised panel lines for a realistic model. Features a crew of three, good cockpit and bombardier detail, optional position landing gear, elevating tail guns, separately molded rudder and ailerons and more. There is no assembly and no painting done but NOTE: the stand decal has been put on the stand base. Nothing else has been done. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present.
