1/96 H399-1200 Revell Pedro Nunes 19th Century Portuguese Naval Ship (ex-Clipper Thermopylae)

Rare Portuguese Navy training vessel from the late 1890s. When the age of steam made sailing ships less desirable, the famous Thermopylae (known for her races with the Cutty Sark) was sold to the Portuguese Navy and modified to became the Pedro Nunes. Factory copper painted hull. The parts still sealed in bags. Complete with all bags, ratlines, rigging instructions and assembly instructions. NOTE: instructions have insect damage.
