1984 History Makers issue of the classic 1969 kit. Box condition is exceptional, which is rare for the thin-boxed HM issues. Essentially, this is the complete top section of the Saturn V in 1/48 scale. The model has five highly detailed sections which are removable: Command Module, Service Module, Launch Escape Tower, Lunar Module and Apollo Saturn Adapter Section. Stands over 20 inches high when assembled. Two display bases are included for in flight and for lunar landing. Also includes metal gold foil for detailing the Lunar Lander. All parts still in factory sealed bags. Includes instructions and decals.
