Rare. Multi-media kit from the late 1940s/Early 1950s. Includes hardwood pre-cut parts, acetate wheels, suspension and hoops and cloth cover. Very nice and realistic model with feedbox, front seat and footrest, tool chest, full and detailed suspension down to the brakes, carved wooden water barrel and yoke for mule or oxen. Never started. Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions. Little is known of the Frontier Manufacturing Company other than the address of Hollywood, California and their line of high quality, early multi-media kits. Kits from this range include the Ox Cart, Buck Board, Covered Wagon, Stage Coach, Ranch Wagon, Chuck Wagon, Surrey With The Fringe On Top, Ore Wagon, Beer Wagon and Top Buggy.
