Very large scale "George" in the desirable Japan Issue. Box and kit are in investment grade condition. It is rumored that these molds were lost when the freighter carrying them sank in the Sea of Japan. Other molds lost on that ship were the 1/32 Oscar, Tony and Raiden (Jack). The box is near mint with very light edge wear at the top only; it is so light that it is not visible in the photo. Inside the model is still sealed in all factory bags. It is molded in the correct dark green, light blue and clear. The large instructions has a beautiful painting of the Shiden on the front. The kit features highly detailed cockpit and engine, removable cowling and optional position canopy, working flaps and drop tank/bomb load. Instructions and decals are as new.
