Still factory sealed but the seal has drawn the box concave, especially on the left side. This is the 960s 'L' box style issue with full box art and yellow logo panels. The kit is well molded with recessed control surfaces and fine raised panel lines, good cockpit and more. Includes markings and parts to build one of two versions.

NOTE: Kit #2 is inventoried and missing (1) small drop tank fin (easily made) and the decals. Otherwise complete. The two kits share one set of instructions. This is the 1970s Heller 'Black Box' issue. The kits are nicely molded and features very fine raised panel lines, recessed control surface outlines, 'good' cockpit detail, two piece canopy, drop tanks, very good intake and exhaust, optional position speed brakes with detailed brake wells and more. Has markings for Luftwaffe 2nd Staffel Jagdgeschwader 71 'Richthofen' 1958 or Marine 51st Sq, John Glenn's aircraft from 1953.

This is one of Heller's "Complete Accessories" kits with "Nothing Else To Buy." The actual kit is very well detailed with 48 pieces, all fine recessed surface detail, good dual cockpits, realistic intakes, two air-to-air missiles, two drop tanks and a large air-to-surface missile on the centerline pylon. With decals and paint guide. NOTE: this kit has very minor and 'professional' quality subassembly as described: two inner intake fences to the two fuselage halves. There is no other assembly. Inventoried and NOTE: missing one seat. Otherwise complete with all other arts and includes decals and instructions.
