1964 "L" issue with wrap-around artwork and yellow-backed Heller logo. Nicely molded kit for that time with very good interior detail for all crew stations, rotating props and wheels and very detailed landing gear as per the actual aircraft. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The Leo 451 was a greatly improved French medium bomber design of the late 1930s. The first flight of the 451 took place in March of 1940. Eleven groups of LEO 451s served from Vichy France and French Naval Air Forces in North Africa. The aircraft ended active service when the groups changed out for the B-26.

This large, 1/50 scale late 1950s/early '60s Etendard IV features fine raised panel detail, cockpit, folding wings, working arresting gear, optional position landing gear and speed brakes and real rubber tires. Includes drop tanks and underwing weapons as well. This is the second issue of the very rare 'operating kit' of the Etendard IV. The original issue had automatic speed brakes and retractable landing gear. The model used a complex series of 6 cogs and gears with wire springs and twine to make functioning landing gear and speed brakes. When you lowered the arresting (tail) hook, the landing gear doors opened and the nose and main wheels extended. When you raised the arresting hook, the landing gear retracted and the doors closed. Furthermore, when you pulled out the parachute release at the tail, the speed brakes lowered. When you closed it, the speed brakes closed. Please note that although this model is from those molds, it does not have those action features - it only has the ones that I listed. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The decals are in amazing 'Excellent++' condition but the instructions have bug damage, mainly along the folds and edges. They are still perfectly useful for assembly purposes.

This very well detailed kit has 110 pieces and features a detailed rolling chassis build up just like the rear car, full front suspension with upper and lower A arms & springs, complete steering linkage, full rear suspension, differential, complete drive line, full exhaust, detailed engine & engine compartment, opening hood, full interior, optional uo or down position door windows, spoke wheels, optional 'up' position top or lowered top boot and more. Decals include all instrument panel faces. Molded in blue, tan, black, clear, chrome plate and with rubber tires. Never started. Very rare large-scale kit with fascinating operating features. This early 1960s issue has very high gloss box top artwork in 'excellent' condition. Flaws include very light corner creases as shown, some light general wear and a small piece of clear tape on the top long side. The model uses a complex series of 6 cogs and gears with wire springs and twine to make functioning landing gear and speed brakes. When you lower the arresting (tail) hook, the landing gear doors open and the nose and main wheels extend. When you raise the arresting hook, the landing gear retracts and the doors close. Furthermore, when you pull out the parachute release at the tail, the speed brakes lower; when you close it, the speed brakes close. The kit is molded in the correct silver for the airframe, white cogs, gears & pilot, clear two piece opening canopy, real rubber tires and metal springs. There is a large gloss black Heller stand as well. Never started. All of the small parts (white plastic, springs and internal linkage for the operating systems) are still in the factory sealed bag. All other parts are inventoried complete and includes decals and instructions present. Even the original Heller Quality Control paper is present. The instructions are 'excellent.' The decals are flat and intact with the wax covering sheet and 'very good.' The only flaw is the usual age yellowing. Postal insurance is required for this kit.

Includes Airmodel #178 FJ-4 Conversion kit in vacuformed white plastic. It is complete with all parts and instructions. However, someone did us a great favor by cutting out all the parts, sanding them and fitting them together to 'professional' quality. The base kit is the 1970s Heller 'Black Box' issue. Nicely molded. Features very fine raised panel lines and recessed control surface outlines, cockpit detail, two piece canopy, drop tank, realistic blocked off inlets and exhaust and optional position speed brakes with detailed brake wells. Has markings for Luftwaffe 2nd Staffel Jagdgeschwader 71 'Richthofen' 1958 or Marine 51st Sq, John Glenn's aircraft from 1953. NOTE: this kit has minor and very neat sub-assembly as follows: intake halves; wing halves. There is no other assembly. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts including decals and instructions.
