1970s issue that is very detailed and can be built one of three ways with many custom parts and decals. Features detailed 348 CID 'W Block' engine and engine compartment, opening hood, complete interior, opening doors, underside details and much more. Molded in white, clear, red-tinted clear, chrome plate and with rubber tires. Never started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the factory sealed bag. The parts that were never factory sealed (chrome & clear) have been inventoried and NOTE: missing (1) back up light. Otherwise complete. Includes decals and instructions. NOTE: the decals are flat and intact but the top 1/4 of the sheet is lifting.

Older but nicely done kit featuring optional position cabin doors, full interior, pilot figure, detailed engine and exhaust ring as well as full decals. The famous and beautiful gull-winged SR-9 was the 1937 version of the SR series which began in 1933 and continued in production until 1941. The aircraft was popular and saw use as personal transports and executive planes. Five passenger could be seated in deluxe accommodations. The military used 45 privately owned SRs during WWII. Today this aircraft is very valuable and sought after by collectors and restorers.

Original issue from the early 1970s with the finest mold quality; not a modern reproduction. Well molded kit of the world-famous aircraft includes an extensive and colorful decal sheet. Never started. The parts are either still factory sealed or have been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. In 1933, Wiley Post made solo flight around the world in the Lockheed Vega 'Winnie Mae'. Not only was it the first solo flight around the world, but it broke the previous record set by Post and his Navigator Harold Gatty. Vegas did see military service, with a few operated by the RAAF, Spanish Republic Air Force, and USAAC. (This kit does not include military decals.)

Detailed kit of one of the first Advanced Early Warning radar aircraft for the Navy. Builds all three versions: Marines VMC-1 from the Korean War, British Royal Navy 849 Sq and US Navy VC-11 from the Korean War. US versions are from 1950 (Korean War) and Royal Navy version is Squadron 849, 1956. Features detailed interior, landing gear, wing mounted fuel tanks and 65 parts. The kit has never been started.
