Then the Highway Pioneers took off...but Revell was not ready to give up on toys yet. In 1952 they issued a 1/16 scale counterpart to the Maxwell- this 1917 Model T Ford. It has a very unique features - when you pull the tow cord, it backfires! On the bottom is a cap gun style mechanism and the 'bang!' is made by real gunpowder from caps. The Ford is in perfect condition. There are no cracks, warps, missing parts or scratched paint. it is a little dirty, however. On the underside, the cap mechanism is as new and works flawlessly.
