Still factory sealed but the seal has pulled the box top concave. Very large 1/32 scale kit featuring detailed cockpit and Aces II ejection seat, detailed weapons bay, realistic, slit-like exhaust (called 'platypus') and decals for the 1st public roll-out aircraft and two others.

Hasegawa Kyushu J7W1 Shinden, 1/48, JT22

Plastic Model Kit,   Box Condition: Good-

Dated 1995. Limited edition includes resin weighted tires. Well molded with full cockpit, detailed landing gear wells, very fine raised panel lines, standing pilot figure and optional position landing gear and canopy. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: decals are intact but have moisture damage. The amazing Shinden was a radical design and the first canard aircraft in Japan. The basic design was first tested in the MXY6 motor glider with a 22 hp engine in 1943. The tests were considered a success, and design of the J7W1 begane in June of 1944. Various configurations were tried, and the prototype modeled here has the rear mounted 2000 hp engine, 6 blade prop, 20 degree sweep back to the wing, two vertical stabilizers and four nose mounted 30mm cannon. It flew two weeks before the end of WWII but never saw combat.

On the 12th of April in 1961 a three stage Vostok put the first man into orbit. This model represents the configuration that made the historic flight. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions.

Features highly detailed cockpit, machine gun bay with removable hatches, separately molded split flaps, rockets and drop tank, PW R-2800 engine (almost a kit in itself) and separately molded cowl flaps. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

Rare kit from 1958/59. This kit was licensed by CBS Television Enterprises, although the movie was originally released by United Artists in 1956. Like most Adams models, it is an excellent kit featuring a plastic sphere for the balloon, the basket net, two large, very colorful decal sheets to decorate the balloon as shown on the box art, detailed passenger basket with ballast bags, two figures and a unique base with metal supports for the model. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the sealed bags. The parts that were not factory sealed (the sphere, wire, net and decals) have been inventoried complete including decals and instructions.

Hard-to-find 1/48 scale armor kit in the block 'Aurora' log box from 1976. Improved molds. Features elevating gun, rotating turret, figures, opening hatches and operating treads and bogies. Dated 1970. Highly detailed full, one-piece hull kit with 16 scale aircraft, deck tow trucks and crane and moving elevators. Molded with gloss medium grey hull and details and blue flight deck/elevators. The kit has not been started. Inventoried with all plastic parts and instructions present. NOTE: missing decals. 1968 Picture Fleet issue with John Steel artwork. Kit features large flight deck decals with dark gray landing area and white lines, movable cranes, optional position elevators, 16 aircraft, helicopters, 11 tow trucks, 10-5" guns, lifeboats and radar details. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The decals are in 'excellent+' condition and the instructions have some bug damage on one panel but function perfectly for assembly the model.

Earlier issue hardbox is dated 1967 and has beautiful artwork by A.J. Rudisill. Large scale full-hull model is very nicely detailed. Features complete deck fittings, railings, complete rigging instructions, display stand and more. The hull is molded in bright red and the other parts in wood tan and medium gray. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.
