Still factory sealed. First issue dated 1966. This kit is part of the very famous line of 1/48 scale World War II action kits. Finely molded and detailed for that time with traditional Monogram quality. Features optional parts so you can built a the ship-based (float) or wheeled land version, good cockpit detail, underwing bombs, elevating and rotating gun, pilot and gunner figures, five piece canopy that can be positioned closed or in several open configurations and choice of US Navy or Royal Navy decals. The Royal Navy aircraft were called Kingfisher I and 100 of them were delivered with both wheel and float gear. The US Navy aircraft is that of Lieutenant William F. Eadie from a Kingfisher squadron based in the Ellice Islands. He spotted and rescued Capt. Eddie Rickenbacker and his companions after they had been on a raft in the Pacific for 21 days and virtually given up for lost. Lt. Eadie moved the most injured into the radio compartment while Rickenbacker and the other crew member were lashed to the wings. Eadie figured that the aircraft could not fly, and luckily he met a PT boat and transfered the uninjured men to it.

1969 hardbox issue in 'excellent' condition. The box has factory-new color and gloss, four perfect corners and no tape or price tags. There is only light general wear and the main flaw is that the box litho is on crooked. In the late 1960s/early 1970s, Aurora realized that it needed to produce new and better kits if they were to stay in business. Several helicopters, aircraft and ships were released with markedly improved mold quality from the older kits. The HH-3 is one of those kits. The result is a very nice scale kit with fine molded detail. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: the instrument panel is a slightly different shade of green. It is from a later issue of this same kit.

Rare. The only injection molded kit ever made of the Mojave. Features very fine recessed panel lines, superb resin and photoetched details, excellent full cockpit, detailed gear well, landing gear and rotor hubs, drop tanks and decals with paint guide for CH-37B s/n 54-998 'Waynes Work Horse' in Da Nang in 1964 and 1965 as well as s/n 58-005 ' Tired Dude' from Illesheim AFB Germany in 1959. This actual airframe has survived at was (or is) at the Pima Air and Space Museum. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.

Full hull kit that is 17 inches long when assembled. Features movable guns and turrets, detailed Terrier missiles and launchers, radar and missile tracking antennas, display stand and more.

Still factory sealed. Very finely molded and well made kit. Features folding wings, interior detail, canopy molded in the correct five different sections for optional positions, two position bomb bay doors, internal bomb load and external drop tanks and wing mounted missiles.This kit is from Airfix molds and is one of the MPC 'Bonus' features series. Dates from the late 1960s/early 1970s and includes custom and stock decals as well as the clear modular display stand. Note that this issue still has 'Craft Master' under the MPC logo. Before this, MPC was marketing Airfix kits under the Craftmaster name in the USA. This continued for several issues and was finally discontinued although MPC continued to distribute Airfix and their own models.

Rareplane Nakajima Army Type 91 Fighter with Decals - Bagged, 1/72

The Type 91 was designed to Army specs of 1927 and delivered in 1931. Between then and 1934, 420 aircraft were delivered to the JAAF. Phase-out began in 1936 with the introduction of the Type 95. Kit features very high quality moldings in white and clear with full interior, very good engine and decals. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Significant modeling skill is required to build vacuform kits. Not recommended for beginners.
