Features fine recessed panel lines, very good cockpit, numerous photoetched details and more. Includes markings for three aircraft. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The Roc was designed from the Skua in an attempt to create a naval Defiant-style fighter that could attack from unusual angles. The type was ordered right off the drawing board, which was unfortunate. It was slower than expected due to the large turret. After seeing action over Norway and Belgium they were used in the training role with the turret removed.

1962 hardbox issue with what is probably John Steel artwork. This was a good model for that time featuring full hull, display stand, working diving planes rotating propeller, working upper and lower rudders, detailed atomic reactor, removable reactor hatch and more. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Please note that the box displays 'Excellent++' but is graded 'Very Good+.' That is because there is some heavy localized wear on the left short side corner and lower end of that panel.

1984 issue of this classic favorite that contains two models in the one box - the famous WWII aircraft carrier and the destroyer. Very well detailed for that time and features 8 Fairey Fulmar aircraft, separately molded guns and gun directors, very good superstructure and flight deck island, davits, lifeboats and more. Never started. It has been inventoried and NOTE: missing all full-hull parts (for both ships). Only the waterline versions can be built. In the 1970s, MPC released the very popular Profile Series. Inside each box was a quality Airfix kit but with MPC decals to build any of the aircraft shown on the box top. In this case there are decals for four aircraft. This is a well detailed model that features a great deal of interior and all crew stations, opening bomb bay doors, full bomb bay detail, complete weapons load, moving ailerons, elevators & rudder, optional position landing gear and more. The decals are in amazing 'near mint' condition which is very rare for these 1970s MPC kits.
