Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Exc
$365
Incredibly rare, 1950s NOS Topping F5D Skylancer model untouched in the original factory box. The buyer will be the first one to ever remove it from the box. Inside, all of the factory cardboard and tissue are still intact. The stand and aircraft were never displayed or used - I believe they were never even removed from the box. While never used, please note that these models never left the factory in 'flawless' condition. There were always minor paint flaws and minor molding flaws as they were mass-produced. Furthermore, the canopy, white plastic and decals inevitably have some yellowing, although this example is minimal. If there is any yellowing or age marks (usually brown mildew on the plastic), you can very easily remove this with Novus #2 Fine Scratch Remover. I have found it perfect for both cleaing and bringing back Topping plastic and decals back to super condition. Because the original Topping box adds significantly to the value, it will be carefully packed into another box for shipping. Shipping insurance is required.

Includes two decal sheets (one white and one black) and a large three-view drawing that also shows the camo pattern, painting guide and markings guide. Please note that these plans are the instructions (the full-size three view drawings). If you do not feel confident building the model from three view plans only, then please refrain from buying this model! P.1067 was the designation for the design that would fly the Olympic Torch non-stop from Berlin to Tokyo for the 1940 Olympic games. The specialized, long range monoplane eventually took the name Bf-261 when V1 and V2 were built. Power was provided by two DB 606A-1/B-1 coupled engines, each of which was a pair of DB601 liquid-cooled mounts driving a very large four bladed propeller. There was a crew of 5 and bunks were provided. The work slowed as hostilities picked up. Without it's intended mission, the 261 was considered for ultra-long range reconnaissance over the Atlantic Ocean, but the difficulty of fixing proper defensive guns caused engineers to give up the project. The three aircraft were used for performance calibration flights, some of very long range (almost 2,800 miles). V3 did see action in very long range military reconnaissance. No further aircraft were built.

Cardstock Paper Model Kit, Box Condition: Sealed

Still factory sealed. These decals allow you to finish a 1/200 747 model in the special paint scheme that Boeing performed on N770BA (that is the 747 refused by Atlas Air Cargo that Boeing kept as a test & development aircraft). Includes painting & markings guide. The decals are in mint condition and fresh from climate-controlled storage. If you buy decals with a kit or accessories, that will add little or nothing to the shipping costs. However, if your order is just a decal sheet and nothing else, the shipping will be higher because I only ship them in a box due to rough handling that envelopes receive with USPS.

Rare original hardbox issue from 1958 in a beautiful 'Excellent++' condition box; this is not the common 1995 softbox reissue. Aurora had set the bar high for early armor kits; Revell had to better that and they did. This model features fine surface detail, flexible working treads, rotating turret, elevating gun, optional position hatches, four troops and more. Molded in the correct gloss deep green and with silver flexible tracks. Never started. All parts, decals and instructions have been inventoried 100% complete and are correct for this early issue. The box top has outstanding color & gloss, four solid corners and no repairs. The flaws the lightest of edge & corner wear on the lower right, very slight & isolated general wear on the two long sides and a very small & light 'ding' (about 1/4" long) on the left short panel.
