Classic rare Life-Like reissue of this Cold-War kit from the original Adams 'Action' model molds originally issued in the late 1950s. The Atomic Cannon was the Army's 20 mile range gun that could fire shells with small atomic bombs inside them. Features transporters with movable wheels and towing yokes - fully detailed cab interiors and complete suspensions - machine guns swivel and elevate - Gun can be configured for firing or towing positions - Gun Barrel elevates by real operating gears - Gun Carriage rotates 360 degrees on platform - Gun actually fires 2 "Atomic" shells. Early 1960s release with classic box art by Bill Campbell. If you look closely, Bill painted one of Hawk's founders, Richard (Dick) Mates in the cockpit of the nearest fighter. This is a very well molded model with excellent fit and all recessed panel lines. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. Thanks to Jean-Claude who told me that the boxart shows a standard F-84F but in reality the model inside is of prototype YF-96A, (aka YF-84F), s/n 49-2430. this aircraft was later modified to become the YRF-84F parasite fighter in combination with GRB-36F.It is on display at the USAF Museum, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.

Rare, true first issue dated 1956 and in excellent condition inside and out. This was Monogram's 16th plastic kit. The large-scale model is highly detailed for that time and features flexible sails, crew of two, working rudder, extensive illustrated & text rigging instructions and large anchor-shaped stand. Molded in red and ivory plastic. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts, rigging thread, sails and includes instructions. The first issue is denoted by the 'P' prefix part number and "Four Star Plastikit" text in the Monogram log. The second issue has the 'PB' part number prefix and "The Name For Quality Hobby Kits" for the logo text.

This kit was factory sealed in a unique way. The bottom box and all of the contents was sealed all the way around. That way the potential buyer could remove the top, view the contents and yet everything still stayed sealed. This one is still sealed but there is a tear in the seal at the right, which exposed two compartments of parts; those are complete with the parts still factory sealed. This is a very unique kit. With it you can built the cathedral shown at the right. This is done with a combination of a large, injection molded & detailed base, a fair number of injection molded plastic parts and factory-make molds that you cast the walls and roof with, then you paint and weather it with the included 8 large jars of paint. Here is how it works. First, there is a superb instruction book in English, Spanish (and I believe Portuguese?). Each step is detailed and heavily illustrated. First, the plastic parts are the inner frame for all of the cast walls and roof, so you glue those to the base. Then following the instructions, you mix the included plaster and cast the parts. Then the decoration begins. this starts with how to paint a realistic finish on the stones, adding different tones and then adding the colorful windows. Next, you attach the finished & decorated castings to the plastic frames. Then comes the 'final touches', finishing and some decals - and it's ready to display! Never started. The interior is still about 80% factory sealed and the parts that are not sealed are still in the factory bags. Includes full color text and illustrated instructions. NOTE: as an alternate to the included plaster, you could also used casting resin.

Brass hand crafted and painted Japanese HO train from Balboa Katsumi Scale Models. The original Katsumi blue hardbox has some wear but is solid and 'very good++'. Inside, this set is in investment grade condition. It is rare to fine this complete set available and in factory-new condition. The set consists of a Baggage Mail Car, Pullman Sleeping Car, Dining Car, Vista Dome Coach and an Observation Car. All cars are internally lit. The original foam rubber and factory sealed coupler pockets are included, as well as coach seating kits sealed in the original bags. The paint is all factory and each car is as new. All cars are still protected in the original clear plastic sleeves. It would be difficult to find a better set. Postal insurance will be required.

Classic large 13.5 inch wingspan kit that is made of solid Western Pine - not balsa. It builds up into a very impressive display model and features completely factory carved fuselage, wings, elevators, rudder and nacelles, sealed envelopes of wood filler & Casein glue, two grits of sandpaper, sanding stick, steel nose weight and the factory small paper envelope containing four completely formed metal propellers, rubber wheels, metal nose and main gear struts and more. The large, extensive, full color American Airlines decal sheet in remarkable 'excellent++' condition. Strombecker's legendary large, fold-out instructions & plans are in 'near mint' condition. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. Before plastic kits were introduced, Strombecker was famous as the premier hardwood preshaped model manufacture. In the 1940s and 1950s, Strombecker kits were flawlessly engineered but not inexpensive. All wooden parts are hardwood and are pre-carved to shape - usually only a quick sanding would finish them.
