Dated 1993 and a very nice model of the first Australian produced and built fighter aircraft. Features raised and recessed surface detail, pilot and seat, twin-row engine, full landing gear and more. There is a large, multi-view paint guide and decals for both aircraft listed. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The Boomerang was developed from the Wirraway as a stop-gap fighter. The prototype flew on May 29, 1942. 250 were built and the aircraft was used extensively in New Guinea for ground support.

1960s issue with terrific box art. Rare. Molded in the correct gloss silver and clear with a round-based clear display stand. Never started. Inventoried and includes all parts, decals and instructions. The instructions are from a Pre-Red issue showing nose weights; like Aurora & other manufacturers, Frog would use old sets of instructions with newer issues instead of throwing them away. The Red Series issues normally did not come with nose weights.

Still factory sealed. Very nice early 1/500 scale kit. Likely from the early 1980s but likely from 1970s molds. The model was designed to be operated in water and includes metal running gear, wire, switch and required hardware. Please note that Nichimo did not furnish this issue with a motor. The kit is well detailed for that time and shows a great deal of forethought. Features dark red hull below the waterline, dark gray parts above the waterline, black searchlights and stack boot, brass leaf switch and battery contacts, electrical wiring as needed, direct single prop drive and stuffing box and ingenious on-off switch using the front 16" gun turret!

1971 issue that is from the same molds as the famous USS Randall 1950s 'S' kit. This is a highly detailed and excellent kit for that time that features full, one-piece hull, detailed deck & superstructure, life rafts, deck guns, all masts and booms, a complete complement of 22 barges and landing craft and more. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The box is rated 'good-' because there is a closed knife cut starting at the 'O' in Montrose and going to the right as shown. The USS Montrose was on of 57 Haskell Class Attack Transports built for service in and immediately after WWII. The ships were designed to carry troops close to the beachheads, transfer them to landing barges (carried on board) and to supervise the landing operations. Her length was 455 feet and she could handle 1,560 troops and carry 3000 tons of equipment.
