First issue from 1976. This kit features excellent fit and finish, tow tractor, extensive interior detail & cockpit, rotating turrets, elevating guns, optional opened or closed side gun positions, full bomb bay with bomb load, optional position bomb bay doors, steerable nose wheel, rotating propellers and more. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: the forward floor is neatly broken forward of the cockpit. Fits back perfectly for a simple repair.

Includes a rare, mint condition, factory-sealed Super Scale International #48-648 "P-61 Blackwidows 421st & 548th NFS" Decal Sheet straight from a very particular one-owner collection and always kept in a climate controlled house. The actual kit is an early issue dated 1974 but is actually from the later 1970s since this is the 'short box' issue. This excellent model features optional parts, decals & paint guide to make the A or B variants, very fine raised panel lines and recessed control surface outlines, highly detailed interior with all crew stations, optional position canopy, detailed wheel wells, removable cowl with detailed engine, optional position wing flaps, crew boarding door with stairs, rotating turret with elevating guns, optional drop tanks, 55 gallon drum, three ground crew figures and more. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the sealed bags. The parts that were not factory sealed have been inventoried complete including decals and instructions.
