While the box is rough, the kit inside is as it came from the factory. Features 187 pieces, overhead valves, pistons, connecting rods & crankshaft all move while flashing spark plugs 'fire' in the proper sequence. It is molded in clear and several colors of plastic to minimize painting and the electric motor is included along with all hardware. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes instructions.
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Sealed Exc+
$330
Still factory sealed and very rare in this condition. This one-and only 1966 hardbox issue was designed as a tie-in with the famous TV show. When built, this model can be a single display or it is designed to interlock with the Napoleon Solo model to form a larger action scene. The box still has the factory seal but there are several small, hard-to-spot flaws which include a 3/4" x 1/2" spot of missing seal at the bottom center and three very light (and difficult to see) short creases. Please note, this kit will only be shipped double-boxed and insured.

Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Sealed VG
$125
Still factory sealed and dated 1979. This beautiful model is from the original Marx Swordfish/Sea Witch molds. It is a beautiful and well detailed model with over 500 parts and measures 33 inches long when assembled. The world's largest toy manufacture, Louis Marx, spared no expense in this early 1950s entry into the growing field of plastic models. The model claims to the first time that anyone could build a museum-quality large ship at home. The claim is correct since the kit pre-dates the Revell 1/96 Cutty Sark. Full hull kit features complete deck fittings, extensive standing and running rigging instructions, optional billowing sails (in amazing 'near mint' condition), crew members, rigging thread and metal chain. It is molded in several colors just like the original Marx issue.

Very rare and the only kit of the P.1106 with the 'T' Tail. Molded in high definition cast resin with a clear vacuform canopy (still clear and in fine condition with no yellowing). Features cockpit, full landing gear & detailed painting guide. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes instructions with full size plans. The first P1106 design dated back to December 2, 1944 and was a proposed development of the 1101 design with supersonic capability. The air intake was reduced in length to minimize thrust loss while the cockpit was slid way back to the rear of the fuselage. This lead to good aerodynamic form and increased internal fuel storage. The 'T' shaped tail unit had it's horizontal part placed above the wake zone produced by the separated flow shock of the wing and fuselage. This 'T' Tail was was patented in 1944 and had been tested at the Gotingen Aerodynamic Testing Laboratory on a full scale model of the P1101 and was also set on the DFS 346. This tail design has proven to be very successful and can be found on many aircraft from airliners, sport planes, business jets and even fighters like the F-104.
