From the 1990s. This fine model has decals for a great nose-art aircraft 'Leo' as shown and even a 16" x 20" 'Art Grade Poster' of the painting. This excellent model of the US Army Air Force Liberator features all fine recessed panel lines, excellent cockpit and interior detail, rotating turrets and propellers, bomb bay detail, full bomb load & optional position bomb bay doors and more. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: the instructions are full-size, high-quality photocopies. The original instructions are missing.

SALE!! Includes two model kits. Kit #1 is the Testors issue. It is never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Kit #2 is the Airfix issue and it has never been started, inventoried with all parts & instructions present but NOTE: missing decals. These are well detailed and finely molded kits that features complete cockpit, full interior with floor & benches, optional position boarding doors with stairs and more. The Horsa was perhaps the most advanced glider built during WWII. It had full instrumentation, power operated flaps and brakes and a powered device for jettisoning the landing gear upon touchdown. The Horsa MkI carrier troops while the MkII carried vehicles which loaded through the swing nose and unloaded from an explosively-released rear fuselage after landing. Gliders carried in 20% of the reinforcements and supplies for D-Day, and most were Horsas. They also saw action against the German Heavy Water (Atomic Bomb) plants in Norway and targets in Sicily, Arnhem and the Rhine.

Early issue from the late 1960s/early '70s with the highest mold quality. This highly detailed model has 173 pieces and is an accurate representation of a Galleon-type of warship from about 1450. Note the 8 towers, which housed men-of-arms for when the ship drew near the opponent. Includes billowing sails in 'excellent' (minor wear only) condition. The actual ship has never been started but NOTE: the display stand is built. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, colorful flag sheet, sails and instructions present.
