Still factory sealed. This reissue is from the original 1950s molds of the famous and classic Strombecker sci-fi kit. Designed by Krafft Ehricke of Convair's Astronautics Division as a 200 foot long, 600 mile-high orbiting laboratory for 4 men. 24 inches long when assembled.

Large 1/32 scale kit. Very nicely detailed with all fine recessed panel lines, working elevator and swing wings and wing weapons pylons, complete cockpits, optional position nose with radome details, optional position speed brakes and landing gear, ECM, BOX 101 and AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles, MW-1, drop tanks and decals for RAF / Italy / Germany. The kit has never been started. The small parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags; the larger parts were not sealed and have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions.

Still factory sealed and dates from the mid 1970s. This kit is from quality Airfix molds and is from the MPC 'Air Combat Collection', which includes ground crew. Note that this issue does not have 'Craft Master' under the MPC logo. Before this, MPC was marketing Airfix kits under the Craftmaster name in the USA. This continued for several issues and was finally discontinued (possibly with this issue) although MPC continued to distribute Airfix models.

Beautiful kit from the 1950s made of quality hardwood - no balsa. The carving is done to the final shape. When complete it makes an impressive model and comes with a unique display stand. Features all carved and smooth wood parts, clear plastic canopy, full color decals, glue, wood filler, sandpaper and special display stand. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts and plans. Before plastic kits were introduced, Strombecker was famous as the premier hardwood preshaped model manufacturer. In the 1940s and 1950s, Strombecker kits were flawlessly engineered but not inexpensive. All wooden parts are hardwood and are precarved to shape - you only had to glue, sand and paint to finish them.

This is a well detailed and molded kit from 1972. Features two types of engine cowls for Piaggio and Alfa Romeo powerplant versions, very cockpit and interior detail, two pilots, gun turrets that retract, rotate and have elevating guns, optional position crew doors, separately molded rudder, elevators and ailerons, rotating propellers and wheels, optional torpedo load-out and more. Includes full multi-view paint tuide and decals for two aircraft (camo and Pipistrello). The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The SM 81 was an Italian bomber / torpedo bomber / transport in service from 1935 and 1945. It was derived from the MS 73 transport in 1934 and ordered into mass production following successful testing. The aircraft saw action in Eritrea/Ethiopia, Spain and Spanish Morocco, Libya, Albania, Italy and East Africa. Some even saw action in the Italian and Finnish Air Forces after WWII.
