This model is from ex-Allyn Factory Desktop model molds, which were usually factory assembled and painted then given to test pilots, contractors and Navy decision makers. Rare kit showing the original subsonic configuration of the prototype F-102 before the Area Rule 'Coke Bottle' fuselage. With two decal sheets and stand. Aircraft includes clear canopy, decals, in-flight configuration and includes display stand that can display your model in almost any flight attitude desired. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried and NOTE: missing the two wing boundary layer fences. Very easily made as they are flat, narrow parts; I have included plenty of the correct thickness of sheet plastic so you can made them. Otherwise complete with all other parts and includes decals and instructions.

Purchased new on September 28, 1965 in Cleveland, Ohio. Very colorful box art of a Beaufigher making a low attack run on shipping. Kit includes torpedo and rocket load-outs. Never started. Inventoried and 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Please NOTE the box looks better than the grade, but is graded 'very good' because there is a closed tear on one side. Craftmaster kits were made in the UK by Airfix and marketed by MPC in the USA.

Dated 1957 with classic Jo Kotula box art. This is the edition with the Parent's Magazine approval seal on the box and the instructions. Box is in excellent condition with like new color and gloss, four solid corners and no tape or price tags. Flaws include a ding at the top left corner and very, very light discoloration. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Even includes the original tissue packing paper.

Still factory sealed and rare in this condition. 1970s large scale issue for rubber or gas free flight or easily converted to R/C using today's minidature & light weight receivers and servos. This kit features traditional 'stick & tissue' construction, quality print wood, factory-cut spars and stringers, insignia, fully formed wheels, hardware as required, propeller, covering tissue and detailed full size plans with building instructions. Comet was a famous manufacturer of stick and tissue flying and static models. In the 1930s Great Depression, they lead the low-priced kit revolution with the "Dime Scale" kits and famous advertisements in Model Airplane News magazine and others. Comet reached it's peak in the 1930s when they acquired the services of Carl Goldberg. Goldberg was a highly accomplished modeler with articles in Model Airplane News and famous designs that won him several National level competitions in the 1930s and beyond. (Carl Goldberg went on to found his own company and produced well designed and popular free-flight and RC aircraft). Comet survived the post World War economic slump and continued kit production until they were bought out by long-time competitor Guillow's in 1998.

This kit is often used just for the conversion parts to transform the Airfix / MPC Banshee to the recon-nose variant. Builds either version of the Banshee. Basic vac kit that is nicely molded with recessed panel lines. Never started and complete. A certain degree of modeling skill is required to build vacuform kits. They are not recommended for beginners or builder without scratch building experience.

Rare issue for motorizing. Features all motorizing hardware; metal gear box with brass shafts and nylon bushing, pinion gear, screws, brass drive wheel shafts, contacts and springs. The model has very good detail for that time and realistic drive through the tracks. The tracks are 100% intact and still fully flexible. Never started. Old high-gloss 'L' type box issue from the early 1960s when Heller had no part numbers. The Bloch 174 was an excellent armed reconnaissance bomber that first flew in January of 1939. By the time of the German Invasion, only 50 had been made and only one unit operated the aircraft exclusively. Their superb performance allowed the existing 174s to be used extensively with little losses. After the Armistice, it continued to operate with the Vichy forces. Some saw action along side the Allies during TORCH in North Africa. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions.
