1954 Pre-'S' hardbox with superb artwork by Richard Kishady. It is easy to see why these kits are considered the apex of model box art. Correctly molded in gloss silver & clear plastic and includes the famous Revell "Globe" stand. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. While the box is only 'fair+' and rough, the decals are 'excellent+' and so are the instructions.

Very nicely detailed model with over 150 injection molded and resin parts that can build one of four different aircraft: EC-135N ARIA/ALOTS, C-135B T/ARIA, EC-135N ARIA and EC-135E ARIA. Features all fine recessed panel lines, detailed interior, choice of TF-33 or J-57 engines, ALOTS pod, Black Box resin detail parts and more. The kit has never been started. Many parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags. The loose parts have been inventoried and NOTE: missing the internal O2 bottles (not seen if the door remains close) and missing ALL clear parts. Includes decals, full instructions, marking paint guide (for EC-135E ARIA and EC-135N ARIRA/ALOTS) and illustrated additional instructions for the resin parts.
Revell Avro Dam Buster Lancaster With Secret Bomb, 1/72, H202-198

First issue hardbox from 1963. This very popular model features specially modified Lancaster fuselage, Dam Buster Secret Bomb, special release mechanism, retractable landing gear, rotating propellers and wheels, movable control surfaces and more. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The Dam Busters squadron was famous for its daring raids on three German dams on May 16, 1943. Carrying the special Barnes Wallis-designed bombs, the Lancasters flew very low over the water in the face of heavy flak to drop the rotating bombs perfectly. Many did not return. The bombs did perform as promised, first skipping over the water, hitting the dam, then rolling down 30 feet before exploding with tremendous force. In an airburst, these bombs would not have damaged the dams, but since water is incompressible, the dams were breached.
