These kits came from the collection of one of Monogram's finest and talented Chief Designers, the man who created the original B-52 kit, B-17, B-24J, P-36A, P-39 Airacobra, P-61 Black Widow, DH Mosquito, at least one if not all of the 1/8 scale Ford cars, A-1E Skyraider and numerous other famous kits. They were all found in one box with the contents hand-written on the short side of the box. Inside are the metal parts for the following kits in complete and never started condition: Japanese Infantry (with instructions and black display base) and Russian Guard (with instructions and black display base). There is also a German Paratrooper that includes all parts and the black base, but his arms have been very neatly epoxied to his body; nothing else has been done. Includes his gun but no instructions. Also included are two extra arms and 8 additional weapons. There are no base stickers or Monogram epoxy.

The X-5 was the first aircraft to change the angle of wing sweepback in flight and paved the way for the legendary F-111 and F-14. This 1980s limited reissue is made from the excellent original 1960s molds and features working variable sweep wings, good cockpit with pilot, retractable landing gear, detailed jet engine, movable control surfaces and more. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.

Well detailed and molded kit from the 1960s. Features 74 pieces, separately molded ailerons, elevators and rudder, basic cockpit, crew figure and more. This kit has never been started. It is either still in the internally sealed factory bag or has been inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Air Lines kits are all Frog molds that the Lines Brothers imported to the USA between 1964-1966. The kits, decals and instructions were made in England, then imported to the USA where Testors created the boxes with the colorful trading cards on the back. There are one or two trading cards on each box which show the boxart but not the advertising/logo. Some kits contain a Testors color painting guide also, but it is not specific to any model.

Hard-to-find first issue hardbox dated 1957. The box top is in 'Excellent+' condition with like-new color. The kit features opening canopy, detailed cockpit, retractable landing gear, rotating propeller & wheels, instructor, student pilot & mechanic figures and more. Molded in the correct gloss silver and clear. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

1967 Pyro issue from original molds. In the early to mid 1960s the Pyro company chose many of their kit subjects based more on historical significance than popularity. Luckily for us, Pyro not only made these kits but did an excellent job for the time. The Pyro car models are based on the actual cars that Pyro engineers and designers had access to. Features detailed chassis, complete motor and interior and a removable hood. Molded in green, clear, plastic that is a brass color and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including instructions.

1960s issue with fantastic artwork. This Dinah just took off during a Corsair sweep against it's base; other Ki-46s prepare to take off while others burn. This 1960s kit is well molded with no rivets, good cockpit with pilot and crew station detail, two crew members, rotating propellers & wheels, optional position landing gear and more. Includes the Airfix black plastic 'teardrop' shaped display stand. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

Ideal for those looking to restore a 56 Oldsmobile Promo kit. Includes one part ONLY: green-tinted clear windshield insert (which includes front and rear windshields and all side windows). Nothing else is included. These are from the original Jo-Han molds but are likely reproductions made in the 1990s. They came with a collection of promo bodies, windshields and chrome parts. Please note that these are made with a newer plastic that is very clear but does not warp.

1958 hardbox and the first release of this classic model. This is still one of the best (if not the finest) injection molded kit of the first aircraft to sustain powered, controlled flight. Features excellent detail, figures of Orville and Wilbur Wright, monorail launching track and carrier dolly and historical accessories-"C" clamp, bench, can, spade and starting battery that were all present at the first flight.
