All are still perfectly clear and not yellowed. The actual model is a beautiful and highly detailed kit of the late model US Army Air Force Liberator. Rare 1960s Revell Lodela issue with Sabena markings and unique box artwork. Box art and the kit inside represent an early configuration 707 with turbojets and 'tall' tail. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. There has never been any assembly but NOTE: the fuselage cabin door openings have some glue showing, tut the doors were never glued in. The decals are in remarkable 'near mint' condition. I photographed the good side of the box; on the reverse side there is significant creasing in the lower right corner.

Very rare 29 cent first issue from the mid 1950s; note the one-piece flip-up type box. This high-quality model features recessed panel detail, clear anopy with in-flight configuration. Molded in gloss dark Navy Blue and clear & with a clear Comet-branded Display Stand. Never started. Inventoried with all plastic parts present and instructions. NOTE: missing decals. In the 1950s Comet made a beautiful line of small scale aircraft and missile models with colorful boxes. When Comet went out of business in 1963, these molds saw action for years with Aurora.

This 1970s issue features the special clear MPC Modular Display Stand, normal propellers and clear round discs for an 'in flight' version, good interior detail, crew figures, rotating wheels & propellers, drop tanks, elevating guns and rotating turret, moving ailerons & elevators, positionable spoilers, optional bomb load and more. Includes decals for two aircraft. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The decals have very slight lifting along the top edge. This kit is from quality Airfix molds and is one of the MPC issues with custom and USAF decals, clear prop disks for 'in flight' look and the unique clear modular display stand. Dates from the late 1960s/early 1970s. Note that this issue still has 'Craft Master' under the MPC logo. Before this, MPC was marketing Airfix kits under the Craftmaster name in the USA. This continued for several issues and was finally discontinued although MPC continued to distribute Airfix and their own models.

Rare original 1974 issue. As a further venture with Disney, MPC created another line of 'Zap Action!' kits based around the Disney Haunted Mansion. These were unique and they all became classic kits. Each kit was a full diorama as shown on the box top. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions. The full series from the 'Haunted Mansion' included Play It Again Sam, Escape from the Crypt, The Vampire's Midnight Madness and Grave Robber's Reward. Two of these featured 'Double Zap Action' with two movements in an action sequence instead of the usual one.

This Revell 'Classics' reissue is from 2010 and is the final 1960s modification of the 1950s 'S' kit molds - which means it is a Pre-S Cutlass with Sparrow with wing pylons and Sparrow missiles. Original issue hardbox; not a common reissue. In 1962, Bill Campbell thought that kids may be tired of the same old modeling subjects, and he created the Weird-Ohs. Of course it was not that simple - it never is. Please read Bill's own account of the Weird-Ohs, located on this website. Regardless of the path, the Weird-Ohs became an overnight sensation that helped launch the 'monster' and the 'figure' phase of modeling. Never started.
