NOTE: perfect builder kit, please read carefully for the condition. First and only issue of this rare kit is dated 1970 and can be built one of three ways. Includes many optional parts such as roll cage, spoiler, mags, nose filler, mag wheels, stock or racing 440 CID Magnum engine, custom front end and more. Features detailed complete engine, engine compartment, opening hood, full interior, rotating wheels, exhaust & underside detail and more. Molded in white, clear, red tinted clear and chrome. With rubber narrow whitewall tires. NOTE: this kit has minor assembly to 'professional' quality: the engine block halves are built and the hood has been smoothed out to 'professional' standards. There is no other assembly. Inventoried and NOTE: missing the following parts: both steering wheels, chrome 'foot' accelerator pedal and rear tall spoiler assembly. Includes decals and instructions. The decals are flat, perfectly intact and in 'excellent+' as are the instructions.

On this website are two articles that fully explain how to save or reproduce older decals; please read read these before using any older model kit or aftermarket decals. To save on or eliminate shipping for decals, please order them with model kits or order enough of them to make boxing worth while. USPS clearly states that any flexible envelope will be bent 90 degrees or more within 2 inches, so I cannot send decals in a flexible envelope. A decal reinforced with cardboard will be greater than 1/4" thick, which USPS says must go as a normal box. There is no choice; because I will not send decals to their probable destruction, shipping in a box is the only option. I inquired about sending decals via "Media Mail" as the looks like the perfect solution; however, the US Post Master specifically called out decals as not being Media mail and prohibiting using it in that way. 1954 Pre-S issue. This is the rare second issue. The first issue was in the simple one-piece box and Revell quickly converted to this two-piece box as it was much more durable and a full-color lithographed 'slick' could be used. For the second issue, Revell added rivet and raised panel line detail as well as landing gear, a two piece box and H210-79 kit number. The famous 'Globe' clear stand was added, but this kit has the rare one piece stand arm and the instructions reflecting that. Revell quickly realized that the one-piece arm was not strong enough, and quickly modified it to the familiar three piece arm for the 3rd issue. The box is in very good++ condition with four solid corners, nice color and gloss and minimal wear with minor insect damage on the corners of one short side. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. Decals and instructions are in near mint condition. The original small parts 'krinkle' bag is present as well.

It features a detailed 425 CID Marauder V-8 engine with dual quads, detailed engine compartment, opening hood, molded-in chassis detail, complete stock or custom interior, many custom options, stock or full custom front and rear end treatments and more. Molded in white, clear, red-tinted clear, chrome plate and with rubber tires and metal axles. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

1957 first issue 'S' kit in 'Near Mint-' condition. The box top has like-new color and gloss, four solid corners, no fading, no price tag or tag marks and no tape marks (other than the factory sealing tape). The only significant flaws are very light and isolated wear as shown. This large scale, detailed kit features a detailed engine, removable cowling, movable propeller, rotating wheels, movable control stick, complete cockpit, realistic rigging material, complete rigging instructions, dual machine guns with sights, three crew members and more. Molded in the correct red plastic. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes flat 'excellent++' condition decals and 'near mint' instructions.

Early to mid 1960s kit which is well molded and features very fine recessed surface detail, pilot & basic cockpit (floor & seat), working split trailing edge wing flaps, rotating wheels & propeller, separately molded rudder, drop tank and more. Includes full color decals, a clear display stand and a very colorful metal tube of 'Super Strong Adhertic PS' model cement. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The left hand short side panel of the box is missing. The other sides are intact but torn near the right upper and lower corners; creases as shown and graded as 'poor.'

Very rare 1950s second issue. Still includes a factory-sealed, metal tube of Comet cement. The kit features recessed panel detail, clear canopy, detailed engine front and the Comet 'teardrop' shaped display stand. Molded in silver and clear plastic. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Decals and instructions are both in remarkable "near mint" condition. In the 1950s Comet made a beautiful line of small scale aircraft and missile models with colorful boxes. When Comet went out of business, these molds saw action for years with Aurora who reissued some (but not all) of them.

Very well detailed kit with optional parts to build a 1946, '47 or '48 vehicle. Features an accurate rolling chassis build up just like the real car, complete drive line, excellent front and rear suspension, full exhaust, complete engine (stock or 427 CID custom), opening hood, full interior, opening doors, front seats that fold forward and more. The convertible top can be displayed up or down with boot. There are numerous other parts and features for the custom version. Molded in white and clear with chrome plated parts and rubber tires. Wild kit features exotic Orange-flame body, clear windows, 2 big, wide Indy front tires, 2 bigger, wider Indy rear tires, Chrome Mag wheels, chrome blower, dump tube headers, wheelstand casters, drag chute and sculptured driver' head. Rare 29 cent first issue from the mid 1950s in the early one-piece, flip-up lid box. Well molded with recessed panel detail, pilot bust, clear canopy, in-flight configuration and Comet display stand. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. The decals and instructions are both in 'excellent+++' condition. In the 1950s Comet made a beautiful line of small scale aircraft and missile models with colorful boxes. When Comet sold their plastic kit line in 1963, Aurora eventually reissued many (but not all) of the kits.

Incredibly rare, 1950s NOS Topping F9F-8T Two-Seat Trainer model untouched in the original factory box. Inside, all of the factory cardboard and tissue are still intact. The stand and aircraft were never displayed or used. The gloss and shine on both are fantastic. There are no cracks, no breaks and no repairs. Decals and factory paint is are 'excellent++' to 'near mint.' While never used, please note that these models never left the factory in 'flawless' condition. There were always minor paint flaws and minor molding flaws as they were mass-produced. This example has a perfectly clear canopy with no yellowing and the decal yellowing is minimal; although there is a tiny bit of flaking on the black wing walks as shown. Because the original Topping box adds significantly to the value, it will be carefully packed into another box for shipping. Shipping insurance is required.

Special item included in this issue are two large, colorful trading cards (C-130 and B-25 Mitchell) and the full color Master Modelers Stamp for the USS Decatur. This large and well detailed full-hull model is almost 16 inches long and features rotating main 5 inch turrets, AA guns, detailed superstructure, life rafts, torpedo tubes, display stand and more. Very rare 1958 injection molded model that builds a 11 3/8 inch long Blue Marlin. Features fine, detailed surface texture, separately molded dorsal, planetary & rudder fins, separate tail, head with lower lower jaw, sword & eyes, painting guide and an attractive, wood-grained trophy mounting plaque with name plate. Molded in white plastic. Never started. Inside, it is exactly as it came from the factory with the small parts still in the factory sealed bag. The trophy display plaque was never sealed. Includes instructions in 'excellent++' condition. While the box top is 'excellent', the box bottom has a closed edge split alone one short side. Precision Plastics Co. was located at 4647 Stenton Ave, Philadelphia 44 PA. The back of the instructions show a series of authentic 'wild game' Trophy Kits including the Royal Bengal Tiger (head), American Bald Eagle (complete figure) and Mighty American Buffalo (head).
