Rare 1957 original issue with fantastic artwork. An excellent kit for that time, it features a detailed Snark with launch boosters and drop tanks as well as extensive decals, base and working launcher with fueling tank, instrumentation, access stairs and platform, base control unit and crew of two. Molded in the correct glossy red plastic. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. Please note, the box displays much better than the "Very Good++" grade but is graded as such because there are some light brown stains on two of the sides.

Rare. This 1958 "S" hardbox release is the only single issue of this kit. Features elevating missile trailer, four figures, movable fuel boom, fuel truck and trailer, launch pad/blast shield/missile supports, launcher base and more. Includes optional parts are decals for making the Thor-Able version. Molded in correct white and dark blue. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Decals and instructions are 'excellent'. Box also grades excellent; it has great color and gloss, three solid corners, one neatly and correctly repaired from the inside, not rips, tears or missing litho, no stains, no price tags or tag marks and no tape or tape marks (except the factory sealing tape of course). Flaws include very light general wear, corner wear at the top left and right as shown and a price neatly written (small, not large) in pen on one short side.

Features complete hull, numerous factory cut wooden parts, colored silk-screen decoration panels, printed and colored sails and flags, brass cannons, cast metal fittings, metal name plate, all rigging, a very large, fold-out 12 stage photo building chart, a very large and superb full size plan which includes all rigging details and detailed text building instruction booklet. Never started. Inside, the kit is packed exactly as it came from the factory. The small parts are still factory sealed, while the parts that were never sealed have been inventoried complete including all paperwork.

Aurora TFX F-111B Navy Fighter Bomber - (Navy F-111 Prototype), 1/48, 369-249

Dated 1966. This is the only 1/48 scale kit of the Navy version. The TFX Project was proposed as a way to save money by having the Air Force and Navy use the same aircraft. The F-111B was tested by the Navy but canceled due to the large size of the aircraft. This was a good kit for that time with all the proper Navy -B variant changes, swing wings, correctly retractable landing gear with working doors, 'good' cockpit, crew of two and more. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: the two tail numbers are missing from the Aurora decal sheet, so I have included an excellent reproduction decal sheet. This sheet has all the original markings and the missing numbers and is printed on clear and white decal paper. Instructions for the reproduction decals are included.

Early 1970s issue of this superb flyer. This is one of the famous Carl Goldberg designs of a cabin-class competition endurance model. Kit features traditional wood/tissue construction, detailed full size plans, building instructions, hardware, pre-formed gear struts, clear window material, color insignia sheet, tissue, wheels, rubber and propeller. The kit has never been started and is complete. These aircraft were common in the 1930s when the sport of free-flight model airplanes reached it's zenith. It was not uncommon for these models to fly for 45 minutes or more on rubber power alone - many flew out of site, and it became common practice to write your name, address and phone number on the covering tissue. This is beautiful model featuring high quality, cleanly die-cut balsa parts, factory cut stripwood and spars, many cleanly molded white lightweight plastic parts, clear vacuform plastic canopy (still perfect, not yellowed), plastic main and tail wheels, rubber motor, plastic propeller, hardware, a very large and colorful decal sheet, yellow covering material, an illustrated instructions booklet and full size plans. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the sealed bags. The parts that were not factory sealed have been inventoried complete including decals and instructions.
