| 1987 issues contains both high quality kits and was released as a promotion with the Movie 'The Untouchables' about Elliot Ness and his men. The Rolls and Ford kits each built up with a rolling chassis just like the actual car. Each have detailed engines, removable hoods, full underside exhaust and suspension detail and complete interiors. Molded in black and red, clear plastic, chrome plate and with real rubber tires. The kits have never been started. Many parts are still in factory sealed bags. The parts that were not have been inventoried complete. Includes instructions. | |||

| The 540K was produced from 1937 to 1939 by Daimler-Benz and was priced at about $11,000 - a King's ransom in those days. The supercharger boosted horsepower to 180 and the car traveled easily at 105 mph. Features rolling chassis detail, detailed engine, complete interior, removable soft top or boot and removable hood. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions. Please note that a small end of the chassis molded-on steering linkage has broke off but the part is present. It is a clean break and an easy repair. | |||

Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. Box would grade higher but has insect litho damage on a short side. | |||

| Rare 1st issue with 'P' kit number and rubber tires. Dated 1955. The box is in incredible 'Near Mint-' condition with great color and gloss, four solid corners an no flaws other than very light wear. The second issue has a 'PA' part number prefix instead of 'P'. The 'P' series was issued for only a year or less. Molded in high gloss silver and clear. Parts are molded in gloss blue and clear. P8s have been seen in this silver and a gloss blue. With correct P8 instructions and decals. Never started. Inventoried with all parts, decals and instructions present. | |||
