	1/72 #00824 Hasegawa Grumman S2F-1 (S-2A) Tracker Early Paint Scheme Sealed NM Injection Molded old			$44
	Still factory sealed. From 2006. Well molded kit from older molds. Has markings for the US Navy. Kit features cockpit detail, retractable radome, optional position landing gear and rotating props. Over 1000 Trackers were completed for the Navy as carrier-based submarine hunters. Grumman was awarded the contract in 1950, and in 1952 the first XS2F-1 flew. The large belly radome contained the PAS-38 search radar and the AWQ-10 MAD detector was in the tail. ALD-3 ECM performed DF (direction finding) duties, and the 70 million candle power spotlight lit up targets at night. Sonobuoys were held in both engine nacelles and offensive weapons included acoustic torpedoes, depth charges, rockets and conventional bombs. Trackers saw service in several other Navies including Canada.

Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

	#300 Hawk Hawaiian Catamaran - Twin Hull Sailing Yacht VG+++ Injection Molded old			$295
	For the advanced collector. Very rare kit from 1956. The very large Hawk Hawaiian Catamaran was issued only once. The model is based on an actual Waikiki Beach sailing ship. The scale is not given, but the kit measures 16 inches long and about 20 inches tall when assembled. True scale model with excellent detail for that time. Features one piece catamaran hulls, twin rudders with left and right tillers and connecting bar, cabin, life preservers, stanchions, metal hand rails, full vacuform billowing sails, rigging blocks, full rigging instructions, rigging material and color decals. The hulls, life preservers and rudders are molded in gloss pink, the cabin and hull decking are gloss baby blue and the masts, blocks, cleats and numerous other parts are molded in a realistic swirl wood tan. The sails are still in mint condition thanks to the special packing from the Hawk factory. The kit has never been started. When you open it up, it is exactly as it left the factory. All small parts and decals are still factory sealed in small bags. The cabin, two hulls and sails were never in factory bags but are complete and mint. All interior factory cardboard display pieces are intact and in excellent condition. The contents are still protected by the original factory tissue. The instructions are one large sheet and are in near mint condition. The box top has excellent color and gloss but has general wear as shown.
