NOTE: the backing paper of the decals has damage on a small area where it was once stuck to the instructions. The actual transfers have no damage. British Battleship Hood - Motorized Exc++ Injection Molded old | ||
| Rare motorized 1st issue. Could easily be made RC with today's small FM components. Excellent condition box with wonderful gloss and color and four solid corners. This is a large and wonderful motorized kit that sails well. One electric motor drives the ship on a course that you pre-set - figure 8, straight or circle. While sailing at a good rate of speed, the four main turrets slowly swing from port to starboard together and the guns elevate. I remember sailing mine for years before the batteries died in the middle of the lake. Never started. Inside, the kit is as new. The parts are still factory wrapped, complete and in mint condition. Includes flag sheet, electric motor, running hardware and instructions. | |||
