For the advanced model collector and from 1945. Hawk was one of the few manufacturers making wooden kits to a constant scale of 1/48 in the 1930s. Hawk kits were considered high quality and very complete for that time and often included metal or plastic details. very complete and included metal details and superb quality drawings for the true scale enthusiast. The side of this box shows photos of 6 other built-up Hawk aircraft kits and gives a rare look at the product line. The model features a 2D cut fuselage, wings & tails, turned and completely finished hardwood cowling, plastic three blade propeller, fully finished wooden wheels, metal seat, clear vacuform plastic canopy (in excellent condition and not yellowed), wooden stock as needed, color decal sheet, a special heavy cardstock template sheet, sandpaper, special metal display stand and excellent, well-detailed plans. The model has not been started and is complete. NOTE: the box is water damaged and so are the plans and template sheet; both are still completely usable but no longer in 'collectible' condition. Desert Storm gift set from 1991; please read carefully for the condition. The A-6E Intruder is still sealed in the factory bag and includes decals and instructions. The A-10 Warthog is never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The F-15 kit is inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present but NOTE: the two cannon pod halves are assembled. There is no other assembly. I have included a 1/72 Testors F-117 Quickbuild/Snap kit because NOTE: the original F-117 Revell kit is missing. I have also included Testors #630 F-21A Kfir Adversary kit. It is never started. This 1981 reissue of the famous 1957 'S' Kit comes with a large Sopwith Camel T-Shirt Iron On. It is very rare that the iron-on is still there. This big 1/28 scale kit is nicely molded and detailed for that time. Features detailed rotary engine the moves with the prop, authentic fine fabric texture finish over ribs, complete cockpit with movable control stick and rudder bar, removable cowling, standing pilot figure, complete rigging instructions and more. This kit is still factory sealed in the clear cello wrap but the seal has splits. Pocher made the finest automobile models ever created. The detail and working parts on these long out-of-production, big 1/8 scale kits is amazing. This kit has 1954 parts of plastic, brass, steel, leather, iron, rubber, copper and many other material. Working features include operating steering, working suspension, lights that operate from the dashboard, doors that open and close with operating door latches and handles, starting handle that operates the crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, V-belts, Fan, dynamo and more in the engine and much more. Recommended for experienced modelers only. This is the desirable early version with the most realistic wheel construction. Each wheel is built just like a real spoke wheel with individual spokes and well over 100 parts each. Shipping insurance (and Express Mail for international customers) is required.

Very rare first issue from 1958. This is an excellent model that features 31 missiles, clear display base, color 'Missile Arsenal' insert that goes in from underneath and includes names for all the missiles, special display stands for the cruise missiles, full color decals and a special booklet called "Know Your Missiles" with an introduction by the famous space scientist Willy Ley. Only this issue has these exact missiles; future issues would delete some missiles and add newer ones. Molded in the correct deep red, dark blue, white and clear plastic. The box has four solid corners, no repairs, no tape or tape marks (except from the original factory sealing tape, of course), not price tags or tag marks, no rips or tears, no missing litho, no fading or stains. It is graded 'Good' because there is general wear, dings, creases, edge/corner wear and scuffs as shown. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete including all parts, clear base, cardboard base insert in 'near mint' condition. Includes decals, instructions and "Know Your Missiles" booklet. Instructions and booklet are in 'near mint' condition and the decals are in amazing 'excellent++' condition. Please note that this kit must be shipped insured.

So rare that I can only find reference to three of these ever changing hands. Few were made and they were $125 new. This large, original kit stands over 14 inches tall when assembled. The master was sculpted by Greg Polutanovich (the famous sculpture and Hollywood makeup artist) and produced by Michael Burnett of Hollywood special effects fame. Polutanovich based this model on actual NASA photographs. This is a professionally-made, high-definition resin statue of the Apollo Astronaut with with a moon base. It does require minor assembly and full painting. The smaller parts are still in the factory sealed bag. The larger parts have been inventoried complete. Includes instructions and color decals (for Astronaut Adlrin). Never started and inventoried complete. Michael Burnett Productions (MBP) was a special makeup effects company located in North Hollywood, California. From 1985 until 2004 MBP created Special Makeup Effects, costumes and props for the entertainment industry. Please note that this kit is solid resin and is very heavy, 11 pounds packed.
